SHIPPING POLICY

Charter Tackle Corp will make every effort to ship "In-Stock" orders within one business day of receiving the order. Shipping times may vary depending on the contents of your order and the level of shipping service you have picked.  All shipping times are based on our Monday through Friday business hours. Average USPS Ground Advantage transit time is 3-5 Business days.  Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

Charter Tackle Corp will only ship an order once it is 100% in stock.  Charter Tackle Corp will not ship partial orders unless requested by the customer, at which time additional shipping charges may apply.  We reserve the right to cancel out of stock items from an order.  If you need your order by a specified date, it is important to email us before ordering so that we may assist you.

Once you have placed your order, you can review your order status, expected ship date, order updates and order history by logging into your Charter Tackle Corp account. 

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to the customer. 

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping applies only to orders consisting of $100+ of eligible items, shipped  within the contiguous US (48 states).  Normal transit time 3-5 Business days.  Exclusions apply to oversized items including all fishing rods. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice for orders shipped free.
